If you’ve placed your order and changed your mind, no problem! You will receive a full refund if your product has not shipped. If it is en route or you’ve already received it, you’ll need to ship it back to us within 25 days. Within 5 days of receiving your entire returned product in un-damaged, un-assembled and un-used condition, we will refund your purchase price, any taxes paid, shipping you have paid, less return shipping charges.
We will refund or replace any broken, damaged or missing pieces. Please let us know within 20 days after receipt of the package so we can comply with our shipper’s policies, and be prepared to provide us photos so we can identify the pieces you need.
